Penny Madsen

They previously served as Senior Research Director at IDC, leading the Cloud Pulse research service and providing advisory services to IT vendors and providers. With over two decades of experience in the IT and cloud industries, Madsen has transformed complex data into actionable insights and has frequently spoken at industry conferences. They began their career as a photojournalist and have held various roles in journalism and research throughout their career, including positions at 451 Research and CBRE UK. Madsen holds a BA in Journalism from the Queensland University of Technology.
