Phil Coutts

Phil Coutts is an accomplished construction and development executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Construction Officer for STACK Infrastructure since July 2023, Phil has previously held positions such as Chief Construction Officer and Chief Development Officer at STACK EMEA from April 2022 to August 2023, and Chief Development Officer at DigiPlex from February 2021 to February 2023. With a strong background in managing director roles at Coutts Management Services and various divisions of Mace, Phil has demonstrated expertise in international contracting and construction management, contributing significantly to the growth and success of the companies served throughout a career spanning over a decade.
