Phil Skinner

Phil Skinner serves as the Senior Vice President of Data Center Build-to-Suit at STACK Infrastructure since April 2024. Prior to this role, Phil held several significant positions at CoreSite from September 2018 to April 2024, including Vice President of Data Center Design & Construction, Director of Data Center Construction Operations, and Senior Project Manager. Phil's earlier experience includes serving as National Project Manager for Data Center Design & Construction at Flexential and Regional Project Manager at Engineered Structures, Inc. Additionally, Phil worked at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, contributing as Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Engineer from October 2006 to May 2014. Phil earned a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 2001 and 2006.
