Robert Penney is currently serving as Vice President of Delivery and Process Improvement at STACK Infrastructure since April 2024. Previously, Robert held various leadership roles at Skanska from May 2008 to April 2024, including National Director of Continuous Improvement and Director of Continuous Improvement. Robert's extensive experience encompasses mission-critical and pharmaceutical projects, notably leading the development of a $63 million data and operations center in Allentown, PA, and a $78 million production facility for Almac Group. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Drexel University, along with a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt Certification from Villanova University and an Advanced Lean Training Certification from the Virginia Mason Institute.
