Stephen McMullan is currently the EHS Director, Delivery (Central) at STACK Infrastructure, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, they served as a Regional Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager at Winthrop Technologies from 2021 to 2025 and held various roles in health and safety at Felix O'Hare & Co. Ltd and O'Hanlon & Farrell Contracts Ltd from 2011 to 2018. Stephen gained practical experience as a Site Engineer while completing a Foundation Degree in Construction Engineering at Newry SRC, which included a placement at PF Murphy & Sons in 2009. They earned a BSc Hons in Construction Engineering & Management from Ulster University in 2013 and a Diploma in Applied Health and Safety from NCRQ in 2020.
