Terry DeBell

Terry DeBell is the Vice President of Compliance at STACK Infrastructure, where they develop and enhance the company's compliance posture, manage internal audits, and provide training on compliance requirements. With over 25 years of progressive experience in internal audit, compliance, and risk management, Terry has previously served as Vice President of Internal Audit and Chief Audit Executive at TTEC, overseeing global audit functions and enterprise risk management. Earlier in their career, they held leadership roles at Ciber and Andersen Consulting, focusing on risk management and business process improvement. Terry holds multiple certifications, including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Communications from the University of Northern Colorado.
