Stack Modular
Jim Dunn has extensive experience in the construction and modular building industry. Jim is currently a Board Member for homeD Modular and the Modular Building Institute. In 2022, Jim joined YPO as a member. Prior to these roles, they served as President of Stack Modular and Dunn Global Ltd. Jim began their career in 2005 as a Project Engineer at PCL Construction, where they worked until 2008.
Jim Dunn attended Lehigh University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and another Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Prior to that, they attended Athol Murray College of Notre Dame, and the specific degree or field of study is unknown.

Their primary focus is designing and manufacturing innovative modular buildings to meet specific client requirements, with a building system that is adaptable and can be used for a variety of applications. Stack’s steel frame is easy to install, can be stacked without reengineering, has improved STC ratings, and has a longer life expectancy than traditional wood modular structures, making it the most robust and unrestricted modular building option on the market for permanent buildings.
