Sarah Hermary

Sarah Hermary is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in global talent acquisition and collaborative problem-solving. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Stack Modular since March 2025, Sarah previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Reach from May 2021 to November 2024 and served as Director of Human Resources at DXP Enterprises, Inc. from January 2014 to May 2021. Earlier in the career, Sarah worked as Director of Human Resources at HSE Integrated and also held roles as HR Manager and HR Business Partner, focusing on performance reviews and human capital management. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary and a University Transfer Diploma in Psychology from Red Deer Polytechnic.
