Stuart Marshall is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the modular construction industry. Currently serving as the Director of Global Sales at Stack Modular since May 2025, Stuart advises on the design and delivery of steel framed mid- to high-rise modular buildings. Previous roles include Head of UK and Global Sales and Head of Modular Sales at Elements Europe, as well as Sales Director at Elliott, a subsidiary of Algeco. With extensive experience in various leadership positions across multiple companies, including Search Management Ltd, Corus Living Solutions, and Kingspan Offsite, Stuart has cultivated a solid foundation in offsite construction solutions throughout a career that spans over three decades. Educationally, Stuart attended Motherwell Technical College and Coltness High School.

Their team includes skilled designers, engineers, tradespeople, and logistics experts. Stack’s steel frame system can reach up to 40 storeys high and reduce on-site schedules by 30%-50%, while their turnkey solutions leverage their global supply chain network and manufacturing efficiencies. Stack partners with general contractors to deliver building solutions for the multi-family residential, hotels and resorts, long-term care and seniors living sectors, as well as for complex high-security facilities such as remand centres, data centres, and hospitals. Their primary focus is designing and manufacturing innovative modular buildings to meet specific client requirements, with a building system that is adaptable and can be used for a variety of applications. Stack’s steel frame is easy to install, can be stacked without reengineering, has improved STC ratings, and has a longer life expectancy than traditional wood modular structures, making it the most robust and unrestricted modular building option on the market for permanent buildings.
