Xaira Perez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Xaira began their career in 2004 as a Bank Teller at Ibercaja. From there, they worked as a Key Account Manager at PRISA before joining Barclaycard as a Credit Controller. Xaira then moved to Friends First - Rabobank group, where they served as an Accounting Specialist and later as a Credit Analyst. In 2013, they joined the Economic and Commercial Office of Perú in Shanghai (OCEX) as a Financial Accountant. Most recently, Xaira has been working at Stack Modular since 2014, initially as a Financial Operations Manager and currently as the VP Finance.

Xaira Perez has a diverse education history. Xaira pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de La Rioja from 2000 to 2005. In 2008, they attended LIA/Irish Institute of Bankers, where they obtained a Qualified Financial Advisor degree in Finance. Following this, from 2010 to 2017, Xaira studied at Dublin Business School, earning a degree in Accounting and Finance (ACCA). Additionally, in 2010, they completed a Management Competencies and Team Work Management Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Xaira has also obtained various certifications, including Time Management for Busy People, Supply Chain Foundations, Project Management Simplified, and Financial Modeling and Forecasting Financial Statements from LinkedIn. In 2015, they achieved HSK 4 certification from Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi in Shanghai. Xaira also completed a Chinese Mandarin Semester course at Shanghai International Studies University in February 2013 and obtained a TEFL/TESOL Diploma from Global Leadership College in the same year.
