Adora Nwodo

Adora Nwodo is a Cloud and AI Engineering Leader and AI Researcher with over 11 years of experience in tech. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Shortlet, Adora focuses on scaling and modernizing technology platforms. Previously, Adora held roles at Microsoft and as a Platform Engineering Manager at Stack Overflow, where they guided the evolution of core systems and fostered a culture of accountability. Adora is the founder and Executive Director of NexaScale, a nonprofit that supports early-career technologists, and is engaged in AI research at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Adora holds a First Class Honors Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Lagos and has completed the Stanford LEAD program in Corporate Innovation.
