Emma Bulajewski

Emma Bulajewski is a seasoned professional in user experience research with a strong background in various research roles across notable companies. Starting as a server at Din Tai Fung Restaurant Inc., Emma transitioned into research positions at the University of Washington, Amazon, and User Research International, where skills in stakeholder engagement and usability studies were developed. At Microsoft, Emma contributed as a Design Researcher within the centralized UX Research and Strategy team, later embracing roles at New Relic, where the UX research practice was established and scaled. Currently, Emma serves as a Staff Product Researcher at Stack Overflow, focusing on AI and LLM offerings for technical users. Emma holds a Master's Degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree and an Associate's Degree in related fields.
