Lily Toy

Toy offers 17 years of corporate law experience to Stack Overflow, where she plays a critical role in driving strategic growth across Stack Overflow in partnership with the senior leadership team. She oversees legal, corporate governance, and compliance functions for the company.

Toy most recently served as General Counsel at Dialpad, where she played an instrumental role in supporting the company's SaaS growth. Prior to Dialpad, Lily was General Counsel at Telenav, and was a corporate attorney at K&L Gates, Fenwick & West, and Shearman & Sterling.
