Colin Ayer

Colin Ayer currently serves as Vice President of Engineering at Stack Sports, where responsibilities include building scalable products and teams to enhance sports technology solutions. Prior to this role, Colin held the position of Engineering Director at DICK'S Sporting Goods, leading engineering initiatives at Affinity Sports and contributing to the company's technology transformation. Previous experience includes serving as CTO and VP of Engineering & Product Management at SwitchRay Inc., and directing engineering teams for various organizations, including TeleCommunication Systems, Networks In Motion, and Conexant. Colin's educational background includes a PhD in Speech Recognition from Imperial College London and a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Newcastle University.
