Douglas Chace is an accomplished executive business leader with over 25 years of experience in building high-performing organizations and managing geographically dispersed teams. Currently, they serve as a Member Engagement Coordinator at The American Legion, focusing on strategies to enhance member engagement and retention while managing flagship programs like Operation Comfort Warriors. Douglas previously held roles such as COO and Director of Production Services at Asterion, LLC, and has a significant military background as a Major in the US Army, where they completed four combat deployments over 18.5 years. They hold a master’s degree in leadership and management from Webster University and remain passionate about serving fellow veterans through their initiatives and volunteer efforts.
