Dennis Bachmann

Dennis Bachmann currently serves as an Engineering Manager at StackAdapt since June 2024. Previously, Dennis held multiple roles at The Weather Network, including Manager of Data Engineering, Privacy & Infrastructure, where responsibilities involved crafting the company's privacy strategy and transitioning on-premises systems to the cloud. As a Team Lead Data Engineer, Dennis directed the data engineering stack and developed innovative data products, such as an audience builder and foot-traffic attribution system. Dennis’s earlier experience includes roles at Western University as a Research Assistant, founding and serving as CTO at BMS Soluções Inteligentes, and working as a Data Analyst at Anheuser-Busch InBev and Bachmann & Associados. Dennis began a career in information security as an Analyst at BS Forensic and interned as a Software Engineer at IBM. Educationally, Dennis holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Western University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems from Universidade Positivo.
