Eric Mok

Eric Mok is a Partner in the Financial Services and Technology practice at Caldwell, having joined in September 2024, where expertise focuses on placing C-suite executives across various sectors. Mok is also a Member of C100, contributing to the Canadian tech community. As President of GRQ Capital Corporation since October 2021, strategic and capital markets advice is provided to growing Canadian companies, with notable engagement in seed round financing for UnitiWall Corporation. Additional investment roles include positions with Neo Financial, Flexday, StackAdapt, UnitiWall Corporation, RxFood Corporation, and JDI Cleaning Systems Hamilton. Previously, Mok served as Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets at RBC Capital Markets from June 2005 to September 2021. Mok holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto.
