Previously, Glynn held various leadership roles at Meta, including Head of Commerce Customer Success for SMB/Emerging, where significant revenue growth was achieved, and Head of Sales for North American Small Business, overseeing extensive sales program expansions. Glynn's earlier experience includes managing account teams and driving sales outcomes in the Gaming and Technology sectors, contributing to substantial annual revenue growth. Glynn holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Online Marketing and Advertising from Fitzwilliam Institute, a BA in Double Honours Arts from Maynooth University, and completed the Stanford LEAD: Professional Leadership Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
