Les Chan is the Director of Compensation at StackAdapt, where they also serve as a Senior Total Rewards Partner. Previously, they worked at ServiceTitan as a Lead Compensation Analyst and held various roles at Cineplex Entertainment, including Total Rewards Specialist and Total Rewards Analyst. With a strong background in human resources, Les has also worked with companies such as Shopify, Starbucks Coffee Canada, and The Law Society of Ontario. They obtained a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Seneca College and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Psychology from the University of Toronto.
