Nicole Phillips, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading and developing project management offices across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of PMO, IT & Operations at StackAdapt since January 2024, Nicole previously held key positions at Canopy Growth Corporation, including Director of Strategic PMO and Director of Business Integration, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing strategic growth initiatives, acquisitions, and global expansion in the cannabis sector. Nicole's expertise in establishing and managing PMOs is further demonstrated through roles at SAP Concur, IBM, and Platform Computing, where significant contributions to program management and operational excellence were made. Nicole holds a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University and has continually demonstrated leadership and strategic acumen throughout a diverse career.
