Pinar Ozyetis

Pinar Ozyetis serves as General Counsel at StackAdapt since April 2022 and is a Charter Member of TechGC since September 2021, contributing to a peer community for General Counsel. Previously, Pinar held the position of General Counsel at LoyaltyOne from April 2016 to March 2022, where responsibilities included advising executives on a wide array of legal matters, managing intellectual property, and leading a legal team. Pinar's earlier career includes significant experience at Fogler, Rubinoff LLP as a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer focused on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and commercial agreements. Pinar holds an LLB from Western University and an Hons. B.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto, along with management education from the Rotman School of Management.
