Shaun Cawley

Shaun Cawley is a Senior Talent and HR professional with extensive experience in scaling people and teams across diverse international workforces. Currently, Shaun serves as the Senior Manager of People Business Partners at StackAdapt and is also a faculty member in the Management Certificate in Human Resources Program at Carleton University's Sprott School of Business. Previously, Shaun held significant HR roles at companies such as Shopify, NAV Canada, and Mxi Technologies, where they focused on talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement. Shaun holds a Master’s in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University, and actively contributes to several community boards as a volunteer and mentor.
