At Kormo Jobs by Google, Sifat worked predominantly for Kormo Jobs App, building user communities across South East Asian countries. The product is an experimental job matching and career development platform by Google. Sifat's biggest motivation behind working for this startup remains the vision & will to serve a billion users (with their career guidelines) through Google’s Next Billion Users initiative.

The project accomplished the target for selling HR portal to companies with 1,000+ employees by aggressively cold calling, pitching, and consulting prospects and clients - making Kormo the first ATS driven portal for informal market hiring in Bangladesh & Indonesia.

Cross-functional areas remained Partnership Development, B2B Sales, Managing Corporations with 1,000 or more employees, Consultative Sales with C level executives, Priority Account Management, Product Management Support, and Sales Monitoring using CRM (Hubspot).

While in Bangladesh, Kormo Jobs App is shaping the future of hiring for the informal market using an AI-driven automated platform; when required, Sifat also strategized with Kormo Indonesia and India teams replicating best practices related to sales and partnership development.
