Jennifer Miller

Jennifer Miller has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Jennifer currently works as a Service Delivery Lead at stackArmor, a position they started in May 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Customer Program/Project/Service Delivery Manager at Perspecta from October 2018 to May 2023. Jennifer also worked at NTT DATA, Inc. as a Delivery Manager Sr. Advisor from October 2016 to May 2023. Before joining NTT DATA, they held multiple roles at Dell Services - Federal Government, including Delivery Manager Sr. Advisor/Disaster Recovery Team and Account Service Manager/Disaster Recovery Team - Senior Advisor, both ITIL Certified, from June 2015 to May 2023 and September 2013 to June 2015 respectively. Jennifer'searlier experiences include working as an Assistant General Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle/The Staubach Company from January 2002 to August 2013 and as a Broker Assistant at The Staubach Company - Southwest, Inc. from 2002 to 2009.

Jennifer Miller received their BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in HR from The University of Texas at Dallas from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Richland Community College from 1994 to 1998. Jennifer also holds additional certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) obtained in November 2022, and certifications in Service Design and ITIL Foundations.
