Steven Bilitzky

Steven Bilitzky is an experienced engineer specializing in mobile networks, machine learning, and embedded software. Bilitzky began career with AT&T Mobility as a NETDP Intern focusing on RAN design and RF engineering, then joined Applied Communication Sciences as a Research Scientist for mobile networks, where research and development of communication protocols were key responsibilities. After transitioning to Harris Corporation, Bilitzky applied deep learning algorithms within electronic warfare systems as a Machine Learning and Embedded Software Engineer. Subsequent roles included serving as a Senior Research Scientist at Peraton Labs, leading the development of real-time algorithms for various applications, and most recently, working as a Senior Software Engineer at Cruise and Stack AV. Bilitzky holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the City University of New York City College.
