Ankit Kumar

Ankit Kumar has worked in various roles in the operations field since 2013. Theirfirst role was as a Warehouse Executive at Glaxo Smith Kline Consumer Healthcare where they were responsible for handling a team of 150 labors and guiding loaders. Ankit worked on coming shipments and trained the labors. In 2015, they moved to Amazon Transportation Services Private Limited as a Problem Solver where they were responsible for planning day-to-day warehouse operations, handling a team of 250 associates, and guiding supervisors. In 2018, they joined Future Group India as an Operations Team Leader where they were responsible for planning day-to-day store operations, handling a team of 20 associates, and working on facing jonning. In 2019, they moved to Cure.Fit as an Operations Team Leader where they were responsible for warehouse operations in multiple branches, handling a team of 40 riders, and training riders and new team leaders. In 2020, they joined FreshToHome Foods Private Ltd as an Operation Analyst where they were responsible for Hub operations in multiple branches, handling a team of 280 riders, and analyzing operations data. In 2021, they joined StackBOX as an Operation Analyst where they were responsible for warehouse operations in multiple branches, cash reconciliation, asset reconciliation, and loading and unloading of vehicles. Ankit was also responsible for providing business reports and analysis operations observations.

Ankit Kumar has an extensive education history. Ankit began their studies in 2015, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2018. Afterward, they obtained a PGDOM in Operations Management and Supervision from the same university in 2019. Ankit then pursued a Master's degree in Social Sciences from Indira Gandhi National Open University, which they completed in 2022. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA in Operations Management and Supervision from Indira Gandhi National Open University. In addition to their formal education, Ankit Kumar has obtained several certifications, including Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from Master of Project Academy, Basic of Customer Service and various other certifications from TCS iON LifeLong Learning, and Financial Market from Elearnmarkets.
