Joshua Thampy

Joshua Thampy has worked in various roles since 2019. In 2019, they were a Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). In 2020, they were a Business Analyst Intern at Saras Analytics, where they worked with a global top 5 jewelry manufacturer to generate insights to increase revenue from their website. Joshua used SQL, Google Analytics, and Excel to profile users, understand sales funnels, analyse customer cohorts, and analyse the effectiveness of marketing channels in different countries to optimise ROAS. Joshua also developed a BI dashboard with PowerBI for their C suite executives. In 2021, they were a Credit Portfolio Analyst at Citi, where they implemented post covid policy relaxations with a 0% error rate by coordinating with various coding, policy and testing teams. Joshua also reduced the time taken to validate testing results from 30 seconds to 1 second per row by writing a Python script. Additionally, they were a Student Intern at udaan.com, where they created a framework to monitor how well Hubs in Udaan's Food and fresh domain were using the inhouse routing software. Joshua automated the data collection for this framework using SQL, python and google sheets. Currently, they are a Product Manager at StackBOX and an Associate Product Manager at LoadShare Networks.

Joshua Thampy's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended AECS Magnolia Maaruti Public School from 2014 to 2016, and The Brigade School from 2004 to 2014.
