Sayana Dutta

Sayana Dutta has 8 years of work experience in the renewable energy sector. Sayana started their career in 2010 as a Design and Maintenance Engineer at Sunlit Future. In 2011, they moved to Innovateus as a Renewable Energy Report Writer. In 2012, they joined Kirti Solar Ltd as a Senior Project Designer. In 2013, they worked as a Project Engineer at Agni Power & Electronics Pvt Limited. In 2015, they became a Project Controller at Premier Solar. In 2017, they assumed the role of Solar Operations Assistant Manager at Mytrah Energy. In 2020, they joined English Quotient as a Writing Consultant and StackBOX as an HR Lead.

Sayana Dutta completed their Bachelors in Technology from Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology between 2006 and 2010. Sayana went on to obtain a Certified Compensation and Benefits Manager (CCBM) from Middle Earth HR in November 2022, a Middle Earth Certified HRBP from the same institution in September 2022, a Strategic People Management certification from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in April 2022, and a CIR_2021.07.16 certification from SimpleCert in July 2021.
