Griffin Taylor has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 when they served as Editor-in-Chief of The Fiat Lux at Alfred University. In 2014, they became a Senior SMB Sales Associate at Yext. In 2016, they were Head of Business Development and Director of Brand Development at Fancy.com. That same year, they also served as General Manager of Team Autism Army in The Basketball Tournament, where they advanced to the championship game and raised funds and awareness for organizations to benefit children with autism. In 2019, they were Director of Partnerships at StackCommerce. In 2020, they became Owner of Crossover Agency. Currently, they are Co-Founder and CEO of The Program NYC, a state-of-the-art basketball facility and community hub coming to downtown Brooklyn in 2023.

Griffin Taylor attended Alfred University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication Studies and Political Science. Prior to that, they attended Bronx High School of Science from 2004 to 2008.
