Matthew McCracken has a diverse work experience beginning in 2012 as Co-Founder/Product Manager for A.C.M.E Paradiso. In this role, they created the business plan, implemented a formulaic approach to product page optimization, and developed the ecommerce site. In 2014, they held two positions, President of the Associated Student Organization at West Los Angeles College and Office Intern for the Office of Assembly Member Sebastian Ridley-Thomas. In this role, they negotiated contracts, lobbied local officials, strategized a new approach to providing quality affordable and healthy food options on campus, prepared a weekly comprehensive analysis of public opinion on current legislation, and planned and coordinated a Mental Health and Policing Town Hall. In 2016, they became a Clinical Technician for The Camp Recovery Center, providing first line of support for adolescents seeking to recover from alcohol/drug addiction. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Wheelwell, Inc. as Content Manager/Sales Operations Manager, leading initiatives with a focus on retail product content organization and sales operations. Most recently, they have been working as Growth Marketing Manager and Growth Marketing Coordinator at StackCommerce, managing and scaling high budget paid advertising campaigns in an agency style model across multiple channels with a focus on bottom funnel conversions and lead-gen.
Matthew McCracken began their educational journey at Mira Costa High School, graduating with a High School Diploma in 2012. Matthew then attended West Los Angeles College, where they earned an Associate's degree in Psychology in 2015. Finally, they attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2017.
