Reynell Bungay has a diverse work experience, having worked in various roles for different companies since 2006. Their most recent role was Manager of Customer Experience at StackCommerce, which they began in 2021. In this role, they fulfilled high-priority inbound requests from customers, oversaw and managed Team Leads and agents, and was responsible for reporting individual agent and team performance. Prior to this, they worked at Sutherland from 2010 to 2021, where they held the roles of Operations Manager, Associate Manager, and Senior Consultant - Subject Matter Expert. In these roles, they acted as Manager for a Voice/ Email program, maintained SGS Gold/ Platinum Program status, built and maintained a healthy client relationship, provided real-time Performance Management, and more. Before this, they worked at Alexander's Wear Int'l Corporation from 2006 to 2010, where they were the Marketing & Retail Manager.

Reynell Bungay began their education journey in 1993 at Holy Family Academy. Reynell then attended the University of Santo Tomas from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Commercial and Advertising Art.
