Gene McCulley

Gene McCulley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and business management. Currently serving as a Board Member and Member at SeedFundersOrlando since September 2019, Gene has also held multiple roles at McCulley Marine Services since 1990, including Chief Operating Officer and Minister Without Portfolio. Gene founded DomainProactive and StackFrame, LLC, focusing on software development and operational management. Prior experience includes systems engineering positions at OneSAF and Lynx Software Technologies, as well as a software engineering role at SAIC. Gene began career as a Research Assistant at the UCF Institute for Simulation and Training. Educational history includes attendance at the University of Central Florida and Indian River State College.
