Lauren Rother

Lauren Rother currently serves as the VP of Product at StackGen, focusing on promoting Infrastructure from Code, starting in January 2024. Previously, as the Founding Head of Product at Akita Software from July 2022 to September 2023, Lauren achieved a 10% month-over-month growth in the active user base while streamlining onboarding processes. From September 2018 to June 2022, Lauren worked at HashiCorp, where responsibilities included peer mentoring Terraform product managers and managing corporate partnerships. Lauren's career also features leadership roles at Fauna Inc., Basho Technologies, Puppet Labs, and experience as a freelance writer and editor, alongside a tenure as Director of Regulatory Compliance at Dane Street. Lauren earned a B.A. in Philosophy from Reed College between 2002 and 2007.
