Starin Short

Starin Short, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Executive Administrator and People Operations at StackHawk since December 2023. Previously, Starin worked at Oblong Inc. for 15 years as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing all aspects of HR, payroll, and office management for a public company. Responsibilities included creating and managing HR programs and ensuring legal compliance. Starin also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Quintess from December 2007 to December 2008, providing guidance on employee relations and performance while fostering a high-performing culture. Earlier experience includes serving as the Regional Employee Relations and Training Manager at InterCall, where support was provided for HR functions during significant company growth. Starin holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Delaware and additional education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
