Tori Hegarty began their career in 2008 as a Server at Za and Evoo Restaurants. In 2012, they became a Patient Care Associate at Massachusetts General Hospital. In 2017, they joined Canonical Ltd. as an Office Manager and Office Administrator, and was later promoted to Engagement Project Coordinator - Managed Services. Tori also worked as an Administrative Coordinator at New England Donor Services during this time. In 2021, they were hired as a Customer Success Manager at SUSE. Currently, they are the Manager of Customer Success at Stacklet. Her role includes initiating and executing processes to help customers reach value realization, as well as managing a team of solutions architects.

Tori Hegarty obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Nursing from the University of Vermont between 2010 and 2014. Tori also holds a Registered Nurse certification from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN).
