Derek Vertrees

Derek Vertrees is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in accounting and finance management. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at Stackline since August 2021, Derek previously held the role of Senior Finance Manager at Apex Learning from May 2016 to August 2021, where additional positions included Finance Manager and Financial Analyst. Earlier in the career at PwC, Derek worked as an Audit Associate from September 2013 to May 2016, and prior experience includes a position in Accounting & Finance at tetra4D from May 2011 to August 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master's Program in Accounting, Audit & Assurance from the University of Washington (2012-2013) and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the UW Foster School of Business (2008-2012).
