Kelsey Miller

Kelsey Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and strategic management across various industries, including technology, hospitality, and eCommerce. Currently serving as a Sr. Customer Strategy Manager at Stackline since August 2023, Kelsey supports customers in navigating their software solutions. Previous roles include Customer Success Manager at Relyance AI, where Kelsey managed technical SaaS product implementations, and Sr. Manager of Client Success at Ideoclick, providing operational support to large CPG retailers. Kelsey has also held senior positions at Woodside Hotel Group, Tambourine, Amazon, and Expedia, where responsibilities ranged from managing key account partnerships to overseeing eCommerce and digital marketing efforts.
