Gabe Diaz

Gabe Diaz has a diverse work experience in the recruiting and talent acquisition field. Gabe is currently the Director of Recruiting at Stacklok, a position they started in December 2023. Before joining Stacklok, Gabe founded and worked as an Executive Recruiter at Medalist Talent Group, specializing in executive search and talent consulting. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at VMware, where they led the technical recruiting team for the Modern Apps business unit and Tanzu product line. Gabe also worked as a Principal Recruiter at Pivotal Software, Inc., playing a key role in their journey to IPO and eventual acquisition by VMware. Earlier in their career, they were the Manager of Corporate Recruiting at Kaplan and a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems.

Gabe Diaz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Studies from Florida Atlantic University. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from St Thomas Aquinas High School in 2002. Furthermore, Gabe Diaz has a certification in Leading Innovative Change from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, obtained in 2015.
