Diandra Dumitru is a fractional marketing and go-to-market specialist, currently empowering Series A+ founders and their leadership teams through their consultancy, Citadelle. With a strong educational background in Comparative Literature from UCL, Diandra previously played pivotal roles in various marketing capacities, including as a Brand Executive at Here We Flo and a Marketing Manager at Otta, where they significantly enhanced organic sign-ups. Additionally, Diandra has been involved in strategic marketing efforts for multiple startups and established companies, advising on branding, channel strategy, and thought leadership. Previously, they held volunteer leadership roles at UCL, enriching their practical experience in mentoring and project management.
