Alon Gat

Alon Gat has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Alon currently works at Torq as the Director Of Engineering, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineering Team Leader at Torq from December 2020 to February 2022, and a Software Engineer from February 2020 to December 2020. Alon also worked at Skycure, which was later acquired by Symantec, where they held the roles of R&D Team Leader from August 2019 to January 2020, Software Technical Lead from August 2018 to January 2020, and Full Stack Developer from June 2015 to August 2019. Before that, Alon worked at Check Point Software Technologies as a Software Developer from August 2011 to June 2015. Alon also has experience as a Software Developer at Ben Gurion University of the Negev from October 2010 to June 2011, and as a Fraud Analyst at RSA, The Security Division of EMC from July 2006 to March 2007.

Alon Gat received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2007-2011. They are currently on hiatus from pursuing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science at the same university, starting in 2014.
