Naama Eisenreich

Naama Eisenreich is an accomplished instructional designer with a background in organizational learning and performance enablement. They served as a Learning Facilitator at Holon Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2018, guiding students through the development of customized learning solutions. Naama has also worked as an Instructional Designer at SolarEdge Technologies, where they are currently developing data-driven learning materials. Previously, they held roles as an Instructional Designer and Project Coordinator at Amdocs and as an Instructional Designer and Project Manager at Methodica Effective Learning, leading end-to-end projects to create impactful learning experiences. Naama holds a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Holon Institute of Technology.
