Tim Jones

Tim Jones has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Tim started their career in 1998 at Corex Technologies Inc., where they held various sales roles, managing relationships with channel partners and overseeing sales in North American and European retail chains. Following this, Tim worked at Guardent and Verisign before joining Dell SecureWorks in 2009. At Dell SecureWorks, they held managerial positions, managing customer implementations and integrating legacy customer portfolios. In 2012, Tim transitioned to RBS Citizens as an Information Security Specialist before moving to Citizens Financial Group, Inc. as an Identity & Access Management Specialist. In 2016, they joined Secureworks as the Director of Security Operations, where they led various global teams and oversaw the decommissioning of the company's legacy security platform. Tim's most recent role is at Torq, where they currently serve as the Director of Customer Success Operations.

Tim Jones received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in European History from Hamilton College, which they completed from 1992 to 1996. In 2013, they obtained the CISSP certification from (ISC)2, earning the title of Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
