Anuradha Thakur

Anuradha Thakur, PhD, is an Organization, Performance, and Leadership Consultant with over 22 years of experience in learning and development within both industry and academia. Currently, Anuradha serves as a Learning and Development Consultant at Trantor and as a faculty member in Business and Communications at the University of the Fraser Valley. Anuradha has held positions as an Assistant Professor at various institutions, including Thapar School of Management and Punjab Engineering College. With expertise in designing blended learning programs, curriculum, and assessments, Anuradha has consulted for prestigious organizations, including forums at MIT. Anuradha has also been recognized with a national fellowship for post-doctoral studies by UGC, authored numerous publications, and supervised doctoral research.
