Andre Serrano

Andre Serrano is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Head of Product at Bitcoin L2 Labs, a core development company for Stacks, since October 2021. Prior to this role, Andre held various positions including Business Development Manager for Zcash at Electric Coin Company, and Co-Founder and General Partner at NovaBlock Capital, focusing on early-stage digital asset investments. Additional experience includes roles as an analyst at Gateway Blockchain Partners and Turner Broadcasting System, as well as business development positions at Viacom and research at NBCUniversal Hispanic Group. Andre graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, Political Science, and Economics, complemented by a study abroad program at Universidad de Sevilla.
