Stacks Diner blends the timeless appeal of American homestyle cooking with meticulously sourced ingredients from Central and Northern Europe. The menu features a range of comforting dishes that draw inspiration from grandmother’s Sunday dinner spread, with a fresh take on what made from scratch can be today.

Through generations of family owned establishments in the thriving melting pot of American culture, today’s definition of a “diner” has evolved to encompass a sprawling range of dishes and traditions. Stacks Diner looks to bring this energy and diverse food offering to the city of Amsterdam, writing a new chapter for what a diner can be. Whether serving as a weekly staple for people coming for an early family dinner or stopping by for a nightcap before heading home, Stacks Diner aims to be a place where everyone feels welcome.
