Teki Repalda is a seasoned CX and CRM leader with 30 years of experience in the BPO industry, primarily in the Philippines. Over the years, Teki has focused on digital customer experience, customer analytics, and performance management. Teki has held key leadership roles, including Global Head of Support at Sendle and Country Head of Customer Experience at Grab, and has been instrumental in implementing business transformation programs and coaching within organizations, using methodologies such as Six Sigma and Agile. Teki holds several certifications, including ASQ-certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Agile Certified Practitioner. Currently, Teki serves as the Director for Revenue Operations at Sprout Solutions and as the Head of Customer Success & Service at Stackt.
