Gastón Silbestein has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gastón co-founded StackZone in 2021, where they are involved in changing the way AWS cloud environments are managed. Prior to this, they worked as the LATAM Regional Director at nubeGo in 2020, where they focused on helping companies migrate and manage their cloud services. In 2019, they served as the CX Manager at ThirdLove, responsible for launching and hiring the entire Customer Experience team. Gastón also has a significant background in account and operations management. From 2004 to 2019, they held various roles at Apex America, including Performance Account Manager and Account/Operations Manager at Telefónica de Argentina, Telecom Personal, and MCI/Verizon. Gastón began their professional career at NAI Internacional II Inc. in 1997 as a staff member, and later worked at Cordoba Metal S.R.L as a Production and Sales team manager.

Gastón Silbestein started their education journey in 1997 at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering. However, they did not complete this degree. In 1996, they obtained the First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge.

In 2007-2008, Gastón attended the Universidad Católica de Córdoba, focusing on Management Estratégico through the ICDA program. Later, in 2011, they took part in the Teoría y Herramientas del Proyecto de negociación de Harvard program at the Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21'. In 2012-2013, they enrolled in the Programa de Client Management (ICDA) at the Universidad Católica de Córdoba.

In terms of additional certifications, Gastón Silbestein obtained the AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical) and AWS Partner: Accreditation (Business) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2021. Moreover, in August 2021, they acquired the AWS Partner: Cloud Economics Accreditation from the same institution.
