Andy Bain has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Andy started their career at Eaton in 1986, where they held various positions in product management, sales and marketing management, business development, and strategic account management. In 2003, Andy worked as the Director of Sales at Symbolic Displays, Inc. Andy then joined Ducommun Incorporated in 2005 as the Global Sales Manager for the Man Machine Interface Lighted Products group and Integrated Product Team Leader. In 2008, they became the Director of Strategic Development at Ducommun Incorporated. Andy later joined Staco Systems in 2009 as the Director Subsystems Business Unit, and held several vice president roles including Vice President Market Development Subsystems and Vice President New Product Development & Engineering Services.
Andy Bain attended Niskayuna High School from 1978 to 1981. After completing high school, they pursued an Associate's degree in Mathematics and Science at Dean College from 1981 to 1983. Following this, they enrolled at Clarkson University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Marketing from 1983 to 1986.
