Tim Conway is a highly experienced engineering professional with over 30 years in the aerospace and mechanical engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Consultant at Vandermaas Enterprises since June 2018, Conway provides product support for various electro-mechanical systems. Previously held the position of Sr. Project Engineer at Staco Systems, leading the technical development of aircraft control panels. Past roles include Project Engineer at Eaton Aerospace, Senior Project Engineer at Preece Incorporated, and multiple positions at Parker Hannifin Corporation, where significant contributions to hydraulic flight controls and electromechanical systems were made. Conway holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, and participated in the Aerospace Group Intern Program at Parker Hannifin Corporation.
