Els Deckers

Els Deckers has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in management and coordination roles. Currently serving as Beheerder sportaccomodaties at Stad Genk since April 2020, Els previously held the position of HoofdCoördinator Personeelszaken at OCMW Maasmechelen from October 2012 to April 2020, overseeing a team responsible for personnel services. Prior to that, Els worked as Sectorcoördinator at Syntra Limburg vzw from October 2000 to October 2012, involved in the development of training programs and management of the teaching staff. The career began in recruitment as an Uitzendconsulente at Adecco from 1998 to 2000. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor in Communicatie from Hogeschool PXL and an ASO in Latijn-Grieks from O.L.V.-Lyceum, Genk.
